**Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to**:

- Effective Bulk filtration of all unfortified, fortified and M131 products
- Ensure efficient functioning of Filtration equipment
- Perform autonomous maintenance on filters
- Assist with the transferring from and to submerged system
- Assist in Offloading and loading of bulk products Dry Wine, Fortified wines, Lees wine, Spirits,
- M160)
- Assist with transfer of bulk components for blending
- Assist with physical blending of all fortifieds and M131 Savanna
- Assist in the monthly Bulk Stock Take process
- Execution of daily tasks and activities to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure daily tasks are done according to company procedures and work instructions
- Compliance with SHEQ standards
- Maintain cellar hygiene standards
- Effective record keeping
- Active participation in TRACC team activities
- Participate in effective problem solving
- Matric Certificate
- At least 3 years’ experience in a cellar environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of safety procedures and housekeeping standards will be advantageous
- Willing and able to work extended hours (overtime) as and/or when required
- Physically healthy and strong
- Own reliable transport
- A valid code 10 driver’s licence and a valid PDP will be an advantage
- A forklift license will be an advantage
- Skop 2 will be an advantage
- Participate in mini-business meetings
- Contribute to problem solving activities
