**Purpose of the position**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- Age between 18 and 27 years
- Experience in a health/clinic environment
- Basic knowledge of public health and community resources
- Basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS, STI’s and TB
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Isizulu, SiSwati and Setswana
- Computer literacy (MS Office)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Mobilise participants for enrolment to study
- Welcome participants to the health facility
- Guide FSW’s to access services and help them feel comfortable
- Provide basic HIV and Sexual Reproductive Health Education (one-on-one or group sessions)
- Assist as a communicator between patients and clinicians
- Facilitate structured information sessions for FSW’s at our site and in communities
- Assist study staff with storage of study material in the facility
- Note communities concerns and mediate concerns with the guidance of the study’s professional nurse
