**Executive**: Security Operations Center
Grade
S4 Core Description

Develop a set of response procedures for security incidents.
Contain, remediate and recover from incidents.
Liaise with other Cyber Security and Risk Assessment Professionals.
Establish internal and external protocols for communication during security incidents.
Analyse threats and log reports.

**Perform Incident Response functions as follows**:
IR - Real-time monitoring & triage
IR - Incident analysis
IR - Incident co-ordination & response.
IR - Forensic artefact handling
IR - Insider threat case support
Analyse and identify Malware, as well trends.
Minimum of 7 years’ security experience, preferably including Network Security, Enterprise Architecture Security, Cybersecurity Operations, Technical Infrastructure Support, Malware Analysis and trending, and Security Consulting.
Or
If only Grade 12, then 9-years’ security experience, preferably including Network Security, Enterprise Architecture Security, Cybersecurity Operations, Technical Infrastructure Support, Malware Analysis and trending, and Security Consulting. Certifications COMPTIA Security + Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
