**Responsibilities**
- Client Pre-sales Consultation
- Collaborate with our sales and partnerships team in leading the technical sales process with prospects and clients, resulting in qualified opportunities with identified client logos.
- Support the sales team in educating enterprise clients on the value proposition of Electrum, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Translate the technical benefits of Electrum's offerings into language that resonates with clients and speaks to their strategic aspirations
- Provide input into financial business cases that articulate the commercial value proposition of proposed solutions
- Craft comprehensive proposals that not only alleviate pain-points but also intricately detail the architectural and module-level nuances
- Fulfil the technical lead function in responding to RFIs and RFPs and conducting design demonstrations.
- Client Relationships
- Utilise your unique blend of technical and business skill and experience to engage effectively with various buyer personas within client enterprises
- Provide insights that contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our clients, based on your experience.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within our clients to enable them to be Electrum advocates.
- Solution Delivery
- Actively participating in solution ideation, design, and implementation activities for more complex projects
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of essential project information for accurate estimates and timelines, that lead to the ultimately successful implementation.
- Industry Representation and Expertise
- Develop a deep expertise in Electrum capabilities and product offerings, as well as broad know-how around the outcomes that we enable, to support the clients through the adoption phase.
- Deeply understand the intricate aspects of the current payments landscape of clients and prospects to identify their wants, needs, and goals
- Leverage your comprehensive understanding of software design and business processes to conceptualise market leading solutions
- Unearth and share market intelligence to guide our go-to-market strategy, advocating for new products or enhancements that optimise our market resonance.
- Proactively impart your knowledge and expertise cross-functionally through Electrum

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years of Payments experience which includes
- Architectural design
- Project sponsorship and delivery of technology projects
- Vendor management
- Innovation mindset
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- Regulatory and security knowledge
