**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times
- Listening to customer requirements and offering advice/alternatives
- Dealing with customer queries
- Managing the delivery of customer goods
- Managing the sales admin function
- Taking telephonic orders
- Ensuring that all non-stock items are quoted on and purchased in accordance with BUCO's buying policy
- Ensuring that agreed delivery times are met
- Assisting customers at all times as well as with loading of customer goods when required
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- 3 year’s retail sales experience, in building/construction environment
- Basic computer skills
