**Company Description**

A fast growing and established motorcycle dealership is looking for an energetic Financce / Administrative Assistant in the Equestria, Pretoria East area.

**Working hours are either from**:
Half Day: Monday to Friday 08h00 - 13h00 / Saturday 08h00 - 13h00 **OR**

Full Day: Monday to Friday 08h00 - 17h00 / Saturday 08h00 - 13h00
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Direct phone calls
- Maintain the filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain customer contact lists
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (customer survey)
- Debtors and Creditors functions such as:Controlling and matching of supplier invoices with orders

Load supplier invoices and purchase orders on Pastel
Purchasing of stock
Quotations

**Qualifications**
- High School Matric or Equivalant; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- 4-6 years experience as a finance assistant or debtors / creditors clerk.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) & **Pastel**:

- Team Player: Working with others independently to attain both individual and team objectives
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work on Saturdays from 08h00 to 13h00
