PASPWA has been successfully implementing comprehensive services across the HIV and TB care continuum in Limpopo in the past 20 years, targeting key and vulnerable populations, including Transgender people. PASPWA is recruiting to fill the following position to continue driving health services intervention.

**Vhembe District**: Thohoyandou two (2) positions

**Salary**: R7, 500.00 per month

**Job type**: Two months employment

**Basic Functions**:
The main purpose of this position is to provide HIV / STI and TB counseling and testing services to Transgender (TG) clients in the Comprehensive Prevention Programs for Transgender People in compliance with the Transgender Comprehensive Care Program implementation modality and reporting requirements. The incumbent will also support Community based HIV Testing Services (HTS), working closely with the outreach teams reporting to the Program Manager and Site Coordinator.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- HTS demand generation, Health Education and Health Promotion;
- Offer HTS & Case Management (Linkages, Referrals, Treatment Adherence, Support and Follow up);
- Quality Control & Capacity Building;
- Data Management, Accurate Record Keeping and Reporting.

**Job requirements**:
**Education**:

- Grade twelve (12) is required.

**Experience Required**:

- Two (2) years’ experience in HTS counselling or similar field is required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Team player;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- Time management;
- Analytical skills and be result oriented;
- Must have ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate assigned goals and project objectives;
- Experience in providing HIV health education at the community level;
- Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities and work.
