Executive Head Position
- Possess Academic and Professional Qualifications commensurate with the post of an Executive Headmaster coupled with a SACE registration which is mandatory
- At least 15 - 20 years’ experience in Higher Education and the relevant administrative experience at Senior Management
- An accomplished academic leader, with excellent employee relations, possess the requisite management, alertness, capable of working with diverse constituencies and to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of the school ad the Board of Governors on important relevant issues affecting the institution.
- A personality profile that enables the individual to lead and manage in a 21st century school environment
- Oversight of strategic Leadership and relevant knowledge of Islamic principles and practices in accordance with the schools culture
