Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day production issues and effectively communicate with business users to understand their requirements and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with business process owners to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP EWM capabilities.
- Monitor ticket queues and manage them within the defined SLA, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Act as a point of contact for business users, providing support and guidance on SAP EWM functionalities.
- Continuously monitor and optimize warehouse configurations and processes for optimal performance.
- Handle AO/AMS (Application Operations/Application Management Services) projects related to SAP EWM.

Technical Experience:

- Strong experience in SAP Warehouse Configuration and Warehouse Processes, ensuring effective setup and customization.
- Proficiency in handling AO/AMS projects related to SAP EWM.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively understand and address business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in Handling Unit Management, enabling efficient tracking and management of goods.
- Expertise in RF (Radio Frequency) screens configuration and customization, optimizing warehouse operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Delivery Processing, Goods Movements, and Physical Inventory processes within SAP EWM.
- Ability to prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and Functional Designs (FDs) for system enhancements.

Professional Attributes:

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with onshore counterparts, client leads, and business users.
- Independent worker who can take ownership of tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues efficiently.

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
