Person must be **SACPCMP CONSTRUCTION MANAGER** registered and **NEC3** contract knowledge in the construction and engineering industry.
- SACPCMP registration to be verified
- Monthly living allowance and sorting accommodation separate to salary
- Local towns close to site is Langebaan ,Saldanha Bay and Vredenburg in the Western Cape
- Project duration is around 6 to 8 months with option to extend based on performance, clients input and completion date.
- Onsite probation period - 60 days
- Police clearance standard site medicals and induction will be done and arranged on site
- Transport will be provided on site only.
- Cell phone allowance can be also looked at in terms of work related communication.
- Position to be filled immediately
