Senior Winemaker: Blending

Robertson Wynmakery Landbou Koöperatief Beperk, situated in Robertson, Western Cape, has an exciting opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic individual with good work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure within a team environment.

**Essential qualifications, skills and experience**:

- A relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology (Elsenburg or University of Stellenbosch);
- Approximately 10 years’ independent winemaking experience;
- Thorough knowledge of FSSC 22000/BRC Food Safety Management Systems;
- Thorough knowledge of IPW requirements for Cellars;
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Wine MS/EZY Wine, SAWIS);
- Good technical knowledge of Cellar equipment;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
