**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure carrier POD's and KPI Milestones are closed off within the agreed SLA
- Sufficient follow up is executed with carriers regarding POD's and KPI's milestones
- Ensure carrier query tracker is consolidated and shared with respective audience
- Weekly Proforma tracker against invoice tracking to be consolidated and shared with respective audience
- All users are trained on GTMS and training material to be updated
- All relevant masterdata on Plato to be updated
- All customers to be linked to routes on a daily basis
- Creation of all new transporter vendors

Qualifications:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 4-5 years relevant experience in an FMCG environment
- Computer Literacy with good knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
- Good business communication skills on oral and report writing
- Attention to detail and analytical
- Problem solving
- Prioritising/Planning/Organising
