What will you do?

**Group Finance**: Financial Operations has 2x positions available for a Credit Controller who will be based in Cape Town.

Collection of premiums from Intermediaries and clients
Processing of financial bordereaux
Receipting, allocating and reconciliation of premiums on our financial system
Processing refunds and payments
Resolving all stakeholder queries
Resolving commission queries
Maintain accurate policyholder and intermediary accounts
Stakeholder management Qualifications and Experience

Matric
Financial qualification would be beneficial
Minimum 2 years previous Credit Control experience in an insurance environment would be advantageous
Reconciliation experience Skills

Attention to detail
Must have analytical ability and be able to analyse data to solve problems and provide appropriate solutions
Strong client service orientation
Ability to work under pressure
Deadline driven
Excellent communication skills - all levels
Must be Computer Literate (MSExcel & MS Word)
