Bid Writer

**Position Summary**

Responsible for creating and submitting persuasive compliant proposals and related documentation that win new business contracts for the company. The role involves collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to gather relevant information and create compelling responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), invitations to tender (ITTs), and other bid requests.

**Skills**:

- Excellent command of the English language including written and verbal communication
skills
- Strong technical writing and editorial skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience in bid writing or proposal development
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into understandable text and graphics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of operational environments (preferably in Facilities Management Services)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong presentation skills
- Urgency in closing open matters
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience in coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial

- 5 - 10 years related experiences
