- Supervise the sale and supply of liquor and/or light refreshments across a bar counter or service bar.
- Supervise bar staff, responsible for cash float and the replenishing of bar stocks.
- Responsible for beverage stock takes and departmental control.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years experience working as a Barman in the restaurant industry
- Matric Certificate
- Have reliable transport to and from restaurant in Stellenbosch
