Loader/ Checker

**Pulls orders, counts, loads, and unloads product on incoming and outgoing trailers according to the delivery schedule**.
- Package and prepare finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, palletizing, blocking and corrugating).
- Load finished product onto trailers and trucks using powered equipment and manual labor.
- Unload materials (empty crates/inbounds) from trailers and place in appropriate area.
- Move materials as necessary for shipping and storage.
- Perform quality control checks(no damaged goods in or out / accurate orders).
- Operate within all Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Analysis

- Attend all safety and operational meetings.
- Operate industrial powered equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks).
- Operate other warehouse equipment (shrink wrap machines).
- Complete all necessary daily paperwork.
- Perform all required pre/post inspection reports for all equipment.
- Communicate with operators on other shifts and in other departments.
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Comply with OSHA Standards.
- Turn off and lock equipment when not in use.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management teamOperate industrial powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
