Warehouse Supervisor

**Introduction**

Our client based in Durban is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their operations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Management of stock/raw material receiving process.
- Conduct goods receiving inspections.
- GRN - shipping schedule update and capture on ERP.
- Documentation control as well as Traceability and filing of invoices.
- Freight and deviation duties.
- Receiving of goods retuned by customers and resolution of queries.
- Variance reporting.
- Management of the dispatch process to both customers and the production lines.
- Pulling of production kits and issuing of stock to production lines.
- Overseeing the packaging, labelling and palletizing of goods to be dispatched.
- Ensuring invoices, job cards and requsitions match goods to be dispatched.
- Publishing of stock shortages to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain a 99% stock level accuracy.
- Accountability and traceability of all stock items.
- Daily cycle counts.
- Manage bin locations and labelling.
- Ensure FIFO method applied with stock rotation.
- Controlling and reporting on variances and adjustments.
- General housekeeping and 5s implementation.
- Management of vehicle inspection and trip sheets - including document control and reporting.
- Consolidation and planning of deliveries done by vehicles and courier.
- Ensure warehouse staff adhere to ISO standards and company SOPs.
- Warehouse team management.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Solid experience managing a team is essential.
- Experience working as a Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- ERP knowledge and experience.
