**Purpose**:The purpose of this role is to ensure that correct blending according to the BOM on SAP is maintained. To perform administrative duties related to blending, supply to packaging and general housekeeping. Ensure that they will be responsible for and continually strive to do their part to endure that only a safe, quality product, that meets all applicable standards and requirements is manufactured.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Code B drivers licence
- Basic computer, numerical and technical skills
- Valid Forklift license
- 2-3 years’ experience in a production environment
- Good understanding of Manufacturing environment
- Understanding Quality in a production environment
- Application of HACCP/VACCP/TACCP (cellar hygiene)

**Skills Required**:

- Must be able to work overtime and over weekends when operationally required
- Knowledge of general cellar work
- Tank transfers
- Administrative skills
- No fear of heights
- No fear for small spaces (claustrophobic)

**Job Summary**:

- Ensuring tanks are cleaning and ready for use.
- Blending and additions to spirit based products
- Receiving and dispatch of product and production materials
- Monthly taking tank readings and sampling adherence to SOP.
- Tank to tank transfers
- Offloading of trucks
- Sampling of product
- Ensure adherence to Health and safety regulations
- Responsible for ad hoc duties in Department as required
