Responsibilities will include: *certification of wine *cellar administration *IPW *stock management *ad hoc marketing of wine in tasting room and local area *all other functions related to the position.

**Essential qualifications, skills, and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous and/or approximately2 years' experience in a similar role in the wine industry;
- Knowledge of relevant quality control systems, SAWIS certification &general wine process knowledge highly advantageous;
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel);
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans);
- Own reliable transport.
