**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for a freelance MEP Planner to build programmes for pre-construction and construction projects. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) pre-construction and construction activities. Working knowledge of planning systems such as Primavera, Project Online, Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject are required to optimally perform in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively utilise CAD software to produce technical drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services
- Manage and coordinate B.I.M. project models and associated software to spearhead and further develop office standards
- Perform sizing and load calculations using Excel spreadsheets to accurately design pipe networks for storm water drainage and sanitary systems
- Preside over the training of entry-level applicants for drafting positions

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5 years of excellent fit out construction knowledge in terms of architectural construction detail and the installation and commissioning sequences of M&E services
- Demonstrate sound programming and sequencing on a range of projects & proposals through various planning techniques and software
- Proven understanding of planning & rescheduling techniques
- Proven understanding of the full project cycle and any relative constraints
- Proven understanding of M&E infrastructure
- Experience working with 3d and 4d planning (desirable but not essential)
