- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP BW solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Design and develop robust data models in SAP BW, considering performance optimization and scalability.
- Implement and maintain multi-dimensional data structures
- Develop and optimize ETL processes using SAP BW tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects Data Services).
- Ensure the timely and accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data from source systems.
- Integrate SAP BW with other SAP modules, including SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
- Implement data quality measures and validations within SAP BW.
- Monitor SAP BW system performance and identify areas for optimization
- Provide training to end-users on SAP BW functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP BW-related issues.**Inherent Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience in BW implementation and support
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SAP certification in Business Warehouse (BW) is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BW modules and tools
- Strong experience in data modeling and ETL development.
- Proficiency in SAP BW query and reporting tools
- Familiarity with SAP integration methodologies.
- The consultant is expected to be onsite in Johannesburg full time
