A fantastic opportunity for an experienced, efficient and trained Butler On a Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. Your position is a management position which includes the skills of excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, problem-solving and an ability to multitask. In addition to these management skills you should be experienced in the skills that are unique to the role of the butler, such as discretion, meticulous attention to detail, food preparation and wine pairings. You should have a readiness to tackle any task with adaptability to shifting plans. You will manage the household staff, offer valet service; packing and unpacking, assist with housekeeping, supervise the creation and upkeep of floral displays, attend to all service calls, replenish amenities, assist with bookings and take full responsibility for maintaining and cleaning all vehicles. There are two Rottweilers on the Wine Estate so you are required to be able to handle them.

**Requirements**:

- Professional training in Butler services
- Professional training in food and beverage service
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Butler
- High level of experience in valet and service positions
- Contactable references
- Drivers license
- Fluent command of English, both verbally and in written communication
- Honest and trustworthy individual with a proactive mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage the smooth running of the household.
- Dog friendly
