Searching for tenders and monitoring of tender announcements various sources
- Completing Tender Documents, Submission of tenders and Vendor Registration.
- Ensure that tender briefings are attended by the relevant departments, including briefing reports and feedback.
- Checking of documents for a grammatical and layout perspective and standardized tender templates.
- Providing strategic advice throughout the tender process as well as an ongoing assurance function throughout the tender, promoting best-practice.

Part-time hours: 22 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- KwaZulu, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
