**Junior Kitchen Manager**

Our restaurant is a popular and vibrant establishment located in Joostenbergvlakte. Known for our beautiful farm animals and delicious food, we are seeking a dedicated Junior Kitchen Manager to join our team.

**Description**:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality standards and consistency.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and address any concerns.
- Contribute ideas and support in the planning and execution of promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- **Age between 25 and 45 years**:

- **Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own transport
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes.**

**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
