We at RCL FOODS are in search for a **Cycle Counter** to join our **Vector Logistics Business Unit**. The role will be based in **Linbro Park** and report to **Shift Warehouse Controller**. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to count and safeguard stock items within the Warehouse.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Cycle Counting**

Conduct stock takes to ensure reconciliation between records and actuals.

Conduct daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts as instructed for all materials and stock items in a compliant, accurate and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with established procedures and Company standards to maintain effective control over the physical product flow into and out of the warehouse.

Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained.

Ensure all stock has serial numbers.

Administer all paperwork as per defined procedures and ensure cycle count reports are completed.

Implement required documentation, categorization and ensure that labelling complies with Group standards.

Maintain timely input to SAP and ensure accurate stock transaction records.

Document the stock and inventory in the warehouse.

**Information and Data Management**

Accurately and regularly capture data into the information system to enable access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision making.

**Ad hoc Administration**

File and safeguard records within area of responsibility.

Compile ad hoc spread sheets and reports.

**Safety and Security**

Safeguard the stock in the warehouses at all times against loss and damage.

Comply with applicable company policies including those pertaining, but not limited to health, safety, environment, risk and quality, including HACCP/ISO.

Conduct housekeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures.

**Effective Teamwork and Self-Management**

Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self
- management in terms of planning and prioritizing, and self-development.

Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accurately maintained.

Inform relevant parties in the event of tasks or deadlines not met, the potential risks thereof and provide appropriate resolution.

Manage colleagues’ expectations and communicate appropriately.

Demonstrate willingness to help others and “go the extra mile” to meet team targets and objectives.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Matric**

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Management.

Minimum of 0 -1-year relevant experience in stores or warehouse environment.

Relevant SAP experience.
