Jnr Creditors Clerk

Company based in Randpark Ridge seeking a Creditors Clerk to join our finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full creditors function, as well as all related accounting that goes hand-in-hand with the function.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Processing of supplier invoices

Submission of creditor payments timeously

Updating bank transactions daily

Monthly Bank reconciliation

Petty cash recons

Supplier due diligence

Monitoring costs against budget

Assistance to Financial Manager where needed

Experience & Requirements

Knowledge of basic principles of accounting

Deadline orientated

Attention to detail

Self driven and motivated

Excellent communication skills

Quickbooks Online experience or similar online based accounting system

Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
