Reception
- Greet and direct clients, temperature screening, etc.
- Filing
- Direct Client Complaints
- Marketing enquiries about products and services
- Assist insurance company, brokers and clients with updates
- Check in and out Courtesy vehicles on Can Com and maintain calendars on spreadsheet
- Open and Close Jobs for RMI Paint shop/Shop Master Program
- Printing Job Cards for bookings from TMS every Friday
- Capture CK Courtesy vehicles in and out
- Complete stats for Hyundai, Toyota, Kia and Nissan on BAMS program from TMS
- And any other reasonable, lawful instruction from my manager

Towing
- Take detailed pictures of the vehicle booking in and out (Dreamtec stock yard)
- Load vehicles onto Dreamtec and write day of towing, client name, insurance company on the window of the car
- Take detailed pictures should the vehicle leave the stock yard
- If car written off, take detailed pictures before the car leaves and hand over to service advisor
- Print all release documents and put in different folders and hand to service advisor

Drivers
- You will be responsible for the drivers and the log books
- Ensure that they complete the log book with date, time in and out, destination and reg number of the vehicle used
- Ensure that the drivers are gone for realistic time frames and follow up on delays
- Ensure that the drivers are the ones to pull the vehicles in and out as to not disturb production

2 years admin experience

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
