Cleaner X2

Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a Cleaner who will provide high-quality cleaning service that includes tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and polishing surfaces. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the designated areas are presentable and welcoming.

Main responsibilities:

- Clean, stock and service designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, etc)
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the team
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Follow all reasonable instructions

Main requirements:

- Previous experience in cleaning, including the use of chemicals and using cleaning machinery - preferred
- Experience working in the hospitality industry would be advantageous
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to operate general cleaning equipment
- Excellent ability to pay attention to detail
- Friendly and helpful
- Honesty, flexibility and accountability
- Punctual and self-discipline
- Good communication skills
- Open to working shifts and on weekends and public holidays
