Value Ambassador

To provide a Simply Brilliant customer and employee experience by professionally and courteously handling all customer contact in compliance with company directive. Providing quality customer service through sales at every instance, promoting products and services whilst stimulating revenue for the business
- Be a supplier full-time employee whose purpose is to raise brand awareness and knowledge, increase performance, and enhance the employee experience;
- Educate CSRs on brand core values;
- Build brand and Value recognition by successfully promoting why the campaign is the brand of choice; and
- Be a Supplier full-time employee whose purpose is to drive value growth through training, communication and outlier identification;
- Develop Supplier Facility action plan to drive performance (revenue, loyalty/retention, digital, value compliance, other charges and credits)
- Communicate on supplier facility’s strategic initiatives and develop promotions;
- Generate KPI action plans with onsite and value teams;
- Monitor and act upon value outlier performance; and
- Support and coach Team Leaders.

- Making outbound calls. Representing the company in a positive light. Building and maintaining relationships with new, existing, and past customers. Upselling and maximizing sales.

- Sales and Upselling experience (essential)
- Experience working within retail or similar Industry (highly advantageous)
- Proven Experience in delivering excellent customer services to internal and external customers
- Maintain campaign performance, quality, regulatory and compliance standards
- Minimum 12 months Sales Experience in a BPO environment
- Essential
- Previous Quality Assurance/ Customer Experience and or 2IC experience
- Essential.
- Superior oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience delivering service / sales for a US Market (preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year’s sales/service experience (Essential)
- An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace and voice clarity)

- Technical based trouble shooting skills
- Driven with a passion to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers and match products to individual needs

- Sales Focus: Influencing Customers’ decisions by creating an environment in which the needs of the Customer are being matched to the products and services provided by the person/organization; creating a positive impact on the Customer and persistently pursuing business
- Target driven and self-motivated in order to meet and exceed both team and individual project targets
