The Role:
This is a key senior role within the team, reporting to the Head of Strategy, to lead and manage a wide variety of strategic and/or operational projects across the group as well as supporting the division with research, the preparation of industry reports and business intelligence.

This is an exceptionally exciting time in the company's strategic development, capitalising as they have on key sector trends across omni-channel customer experience and digital innovation and transformation. The environment is fast-paced and constantly changing and the role calls for a combination of leadership skills, strategic thinking, financial analysis and exceptional consulting and project management skills.

What you'll need:

- Minimum 10-15 years' experience in management consultancy/ corporate advisory/ corporate finance /strategy
- Exceptional problem
- solving skills with the ability to distil a problem, extract insights and develop a summary
- Strong analytical - financial, forecasting & trends analysis
- Ability to lead projects and navigate multiple priority projects
- High level presentation skills - ability to draft a storyline, develop content & package information.
- Leadership skills - management of direct reports, cross functional teams and peers.
- Confident working at Executive level with ability to manage upward.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
