Facilities Manager

**Facilities Manager** Exquisite 5* Ocean Retreat - Hout Bay

Minimum requirements:

- Minimum 5 Years experience as a Foreman or Greater in the Maintenance/Renovation Industry
- Minimum Basic knowledge in plumbing and electrical.
- Grade 12 or higher.
- Computer Literacy skills, ability to operate Microsoft office.
- Lives in Houtbay or is willing to relocate to Houtbay.
- Ability to be on call 24/7 and must be available and contactable in emergencies at a moments notice.
- An understanding of budgets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in managing Teams effectively.
- Code B licence.
- LIVE OUT Position

- Refrigeration: 4 years (preferred)
- Air Conditioning: 5 years (preferred)
- Swimming Pool Maintenance: 4 years (preferred)

- Hout Bay, Western Cape (preferred)
