**Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ an Energy Specialist to join their dynamic team in the Western Cape (Somerset West).**

- **Evaluate all current Renewable Energy activities in the company, and provide roadmap into the future.**
***:

- **Coordinate, manage and develop detailed proposals and Renewable Energy activities.**
***:

- **Support and guide commercial due diligence studies and strategic options analysis along with Business Development.**
***:

- **Develop a Renewable Energy financial model.**
***:

- **Support and guide commercial offers as well as investor opportunities along with Sales and Business Development.**
***:

- **Undertake growth strategies, market-entry assessments, portfolio reviews.**
***:

- **Participate actively in the building of Renewable Energy Industry segment opportunities.**
***:

- **Contribute to the development of company processes and procedures in line with global and local Energy policies, principles and goals.**
***:

- **Develop and actively manage internal and external stakeholders (i.e. government, internal corporate structures, customers, etc.).**
***:

- **Lead and co-ordinate activities and projects to develop and take-to-market products and services related to Renewable Energy Sector.**

**Job Requirements**:
***
- **NQF 8 B.Eng. Degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.**
***:

- **Strong record of accomplishment with at least 10 years of experience in the Energy Sector.**

- **Functional expertise in the following areas**:
***

**o Renewable Energy strategies**

***

**o Hydrogen Production and Fuel Cell Systems**

***

**o Market entry assessments related to the Energy Sector**

***

**o Engineering, Procurement and Commercial Management of Energy Projects, Products and Services**

***

**o Renewable Energy Strategic options analysis, and financial models**

***

**o Commercial offers and Business Case Compilation**
