**Main Purpose of Job**
Manage branch compliance with statutory legislation, customer requirements and ISO Standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compilation of all branch inputs for reporting to Group, including relevant statistics
- Toolbox Talks to share all SHERQ matters and information
- Ensure that Task Risk Assessments prepared by the team is suitably concluded
- Branch Risk Assessment Review as per client requirements
- Branch & Site Inspections concluded with mitigation actions to be addressed
- PPE Control: Survey - Ensure that selected PPE is appropriate for site conditions
- PPE Inspections: Random checks of employees PPE on site
- Emergency Preparedness & Inspection of fire equipment
- Audit of Legal Compliance of all systems e.g. ISO Standards
- Audit branch compliance to ISO standards
- Environmental Risk Assessments
- Propose and Implement Environmental Improvement plan for the Branch
- Monitoring Branch Waste Management
- Investigate, assess and communicate findings and make recommendations to mitigate injuries
- Promoting and Managing incident and preventions
- Audit and Manage service provider SHE Files
- Ensure that employee medicals are up to date
- Client and business induction
- Facilitate branch targets and objectives
- Facilitating Planned Job Observations
- Facilitating and Organising branch SHE Meetings
- Prepare SHE Files for clients

**Required Qualifications/Experience**
- National Diploma in Safety Management
- Minimum of 3 years Managing and monitoring ISO standards
- Minimum of 3 years Industry understanding & knowledge of the business as a whole
