The Sales & Reservations Executive will undertake reservations activities on behalf of Virgin Limited Edition, specifically focusing on properties located in Southern and East Africa

This position is based in Johannesburg, initially working from home and potentially commuting to a Regional Reservations Office in due course.

**What’s the gig?**

**Here’s what you’d do**:
The role of the Sales & Reservations Executive will be to undertake reservations on behalf of VLE’s South and East African properties with the following key responsibilities:

- Logging and responding to enquiries and making reservations for Ulusaba, Mont Rochelle and Mahali Mzuri.
- Ensure reservations are handled in accordance with company minimum standards for turnaround/confirmation and follow up
- Issuing invoices, chasing and receipting payments for reservations
- To book internal flights and road transfers for guests as required and other adhoc 3rd party services.

- The official office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday however you would be required to work adhoc weekends and public holidays. Time off in lieu would be given for working ‘out of office’ hours.

- Notice Period: 1 month
- Annual leave entitlement: 18 working days per annum
