Storeman - Brackenfell

High end Hotel close to Brackenfell is looking for a Storeman for their F&B / Kitchen Department.
- Ordering, receiving and issuing of stock to the respective departments.
- Responsible for monthly stock takes, checking and following up on variances.
- Sources of stocks as required by the department.
- Processing of all related documents in the inventory system.
- Maintain organised and clean storage areas.
- Responsible for checking, loading, transporting and off-loading equipment, goods and supplies
- Adhere to Health and Safety Standards.

**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate.
- Physical Ability to do heavy lifting.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience in a 5* luxury hotel environment would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ordering, issuing and receiving stock.
- Experience in working on procurement or stock management software would be advantageous.
