Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client, a luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg for an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a reservations department for multiple properties.
- Scope & General Purpose:
- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
- Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar position
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized with good time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Works well and accurately under pressure

System Requirements:
Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills, eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex

Minimum requirements:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call center or
- reservations department for multiple properties- Must have a good command of the English language with good

writing skills.- Solid interpersonal skills
- Valid RSA ID

- Team Player
- Flexible
- Presentable Appearance
