Exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Lodge Anchor Manager. Our client is a 5* Luxury Camp located in the heart of the 22,000ha Big 5 Nature Reserve north of Hoedspruit, and we are looking for someone who can help us deliver an unforgettable experience to our guests.

Responsibilities: As the Lodge Anchor Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring that company SOPs, protocols, and systems are followed.
- Ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a clean, tidy, and comfortable environment.
- Collaborating with reservations to ensure accurate and well-managed bookings.
- Maintaining stock control and reporting on maintenance needs.
- Liaising with other camps on the reserve as required.
- Delivering high levels of service while exercising budget consciousness.

**Requirements**:

- Previous camp management experience.
- A good grasp of IT systems and computer programs.
- Preparedness to work long hours on occasion.
- Ability to manage systems to achieve maximum performance and high standards required of a 5* lodge.
- Ambitious, confident, fun, and presentable personality.

**Salary**: The salary for this position is negotiable, with a starting salary of R 16,000.00 pm, as well as other benefits such as a single room accommodation.
