**Welder**

An EME based in Pretoria East, Waltloo is looking for an energetic, sharp, committed,

dedicated and disciplined professional to join their team.

**The following are the minimum requirements**:

- N3 Certificate in Engineering or related field.
- Artisan Trade Test certification.
- SAIW Welding Inspector Level 2 certification.
- Qualifications in accordance with ISO 9606-1:2012: Fusion weld
- Minimum of 5 years of welding experience in relevant industries (Eskom, Sasol, mining, bulk materials handling).
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections of welds and completed work to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

- Proficient in various welding techniques and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
