Control Room Operator

Environmental Emergency Response company based in Durban seeks Control Room Operator

- Be the first contact in case of emergencies
- Inform relevant key stakeholders within the company of emergencies.
- Opening and maintaining WhatsApp groups.
- To ensure that communication is maintained within all sites.
- Coordinate, monitor, and record all communication from various sites, technicians, and drivers.
- Ensure customers are updated constantly.
- Complete call-out forms for every incident and send them to the operations Admin department
- Document and track the position of all assets
- Monitor vehicle usage during working and after hours
- Monitor staff hours and working times of response employees
- Ensure tracking software is always functioning
- Update the vehicle mileage on the asset list daily
- Update the service history and plan daily

**Minimum Requirements**
- Tracking experience/ Monitor security cameras
- Fleet / Transport industry Experience
- Call Conduct / telephone etiquette
- Shift work (12hrs)
- Advanced computer skills
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure emergency response environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
