**Looking for Bakery General Manger for this growing business**
The Head Baker will be responsible for all aspects of the bakery‚ operations, including production, and staffing. They will ensure that the bakery is running smoothly and efficiently, while also meeting customer demands. The Head Baker will oversee the baking staff and train them in proper baking techniques. They will also develop new recipes and product lines to keep the bakery fresh and exciting. In addition, the Head Baker will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. Lastly, they will monitor financial performance and make decisions to improve profitability.

**Head Baker Job Responsibilities**
- Manage the day to-day operations of the bakery.
- Ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise staff members, including bakers and cake decorators.
- Create new recipes and flavor combinations for cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the bakery and its products.
- oversee financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting, pricing, and accounting

- Ingredient/stores control

- Warehouse / equipment management
- Production Efficiencies
- Assistance with admin
- Oversee the Bakery Team

Pay: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
