**Job Advert Summary**:
Develop policies, procedures, tools, and training manuals for all ESG related policies of company. Develop comprehensive ESG policies and tools for company, including procedures and training manuals. Conduct applied business research analysis focused on external themes, such as policy impact and technological trends, with an emphasis on agriculture-related topics.
Address Environmental and Social sustainability issues by assessing and managing risks, identifying opportunities, and coordinating the ESS approach across the organization. Develop criteria for assessing environmental risks, monitor implementation, and report regularly bank's environmental performance. Conduct thorough research on environmental and social risks, contributing to informed decision-making.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Preferred Minimum Education and Experience
- Relevant 4 year Commercial/IT Degree/Computer Science
- 5-8 years Data management
- 5-8 years Report design, layout, and presentation of MIS
- 5-8 years short term and/or Life general insurance experience
- 5-8 years Data Analysis

- Knowledge of Short term and long-term insurance industry
- Data Analysis
- Report design, layout, and presentation of MIS.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**
- Develop, manage and maintain all data management systems for the organisation.
- Develop and maintain database (repository system) for consistency and ease of access which incorporates data from all business partners.
- Ensure all binder holders, intermediaries and administrators provide sufficient and quality data timeously to allow compliance with regulatory requirements and financial processing.
- Address all data exceptions or shortcomings with external partners and recommend improvements to always ensure data completeness.
- Complete data testing as part of data migration and new system implementation projects to ensure that the integrity of the data is maintained, and all reports are reliable and accurate.
- Implement tools and standards to improve the productivity and quality of output of data.
- Coordinate all data collection, collation and reporting system development and maintenance.
- Resource planning to ensure internal and regulatory due dates are met.
- Formulate, implement and maintain system processes for data integration.
