**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**:
The incumbent will assume an IT leadership role within HOLB. This role is also responsible for coordinating and management of multiple tools/systems across the entire IT portfolio, aligned but not limited to Sage X3. The incumbent will be expected to find solutions to existing and/or ongoing business and IT challenges.
This function will entail automation of numerous manual processes
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- IT Lead for the design and subsequent implementation of a specified project
- Project manage the implementation to achieve plan & deliverables, managing risks, issues & change. Coordinate system roll out
- Drive IT maintenance communication & stakeholder management
- Deployment and maintenance support in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for providing on call support to users
- Playing the role of System Administrator to deliver support service to customers
- Conduct problem investigation and root cause analysis.
- Scope including infrastructure support, problem fixing, root cause analysis.
- Fulfil user request.
- Productively manage systems to ensure smooth running of the IT environment.
- Financial monitoring
- Change management, including tracking change and issue management
- Development of IT strategy in conjunction with the CFO, Exco and execution of said strategy
- Act as Deputy Chief Information Officer
**This role will be heavily involved in operational improvement initiatives including but not limited to**:
- Increased quality of methodology execution
- Growth of IT services and competence
- Vendor management and financial spend
- Resource cross management across IT Operation including but not limited to:
- Infrastructure
- Development
- IT Operations
- Implementations

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Strong leadership Experience
- Project Management
- Programming
- Operations
- Business Intelligence
- English: Fluent
