**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ensure correct and complete onboarding documentation has been received before commencing with the integration
Work with the Sales and Product, and Commercial teams to understand all components of the integration
Capture all details of the integration on ASANA and update tasks as the integration progresses
Account creation and secure credentials sharing along with API documentation, test packs, error codes etc.
Provide technical support in collaboration with the Flash tech teams to answer client questions
Thorough sandbox, dev, QA testing with the client and Flash stakeholders prior to client go-live
Stakeholder communication throughout the integration process
Regularly touch base with Sales/KAM’s on integrations in a pending or incomplete state
Respond to all queries from the 1Voucher Partner base, and any corporate client
Provide guidance and support to the Bus-support and other teams in Flash for partner issue resolution
Assist 1Foryou Call Centre teams with client and end-consumer queries
Support migration of clients to new API versions when required
Assist with ongoing partner or customer escalations and troubleshooting.
Review onboarding, integration, and support processes regularly and identify areas for improvement
Review and update documentation based on process changes
Highlight areas of concern and client issues to line manager as soon as issues arises.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Previous experience in customer support
Strong Stakeholder management experience
Interest in tech systems and willingness to learn how systems work
Working exposure to internal and external APIs
Participating in requirements analysis and decomposition
Troubleshooting Documenting existing integrations
Interpersonal skills
**Role Specific Requirements**:
Support the integration process between Flash and the client
Provide clients with technical support throughout the integration process
Work closely with sales, KAM’s and technical teams to understand and deliver on the requirements of the integration
Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the integration process to ensure that the account set up, integration, testing and go-live runs smoothly.
Liaise with and update various stakeholders on the integration status
Own the end-to-end technical implementation
Understanding of API and technical documents and the implementation thereof
Understanding Flash’s’ internal systems e.g. various Treasuries, Token Vaults, Aggregation system and Trader system
Understand business processes, interrogate and optimize where needed to promote agility, efficiency, and growth
Ability to co-ordinate and resolve issues with stakeholders internally and external

Software support experience is not essential but ideal
