**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably with exposure to SAP
- Excel (advanced users)
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, WM, and SD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding manufacturing processes and business operations would be an added advantage.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide technical support to SAP users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and queries.
- Ensure that all SAP-related incidents and requests are logged and tracked using the company’s helpdesk system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, including but not limited to system errors, configuration problems, and user access issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate complex problems to senior consultants when necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure a cohesive approach to support and problem-solving.
- Create and maintain documentation on SAP processes, procedures and known issues to support the end users.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP modules, best practices, and procedures.
- Assist with the testing and implementation of SAP system enhancements and upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed about the status of their requests and incidents.
- Ability to identify and resolve intermediate SAP issues.
- Willingness to work independently, take initiative and follow through on assigned tasks.
