**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matriculation
- Degree in Media Production (major in video editing)
**Role**
Reports to head of production and executes tasks generally associated with a video editor internship position. Primarily focused on processing media storage hard drives at WILDEARTH. Secondary focus is to support editors with sourcing and assembly of raw material.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Technical handling and processing of media hard drives
- Logging content on media storage hard drive disks
- Organising raw and post produced material for easy access on hard drive disks
- Concisely labelling hard drive disks for storage and easy future access
- Sourcing and assembling raw material for post production projects
- Backing up and organising excess media from local servers
**Skills**
- Tech savvy with strong computer skills
- Strong wildlife knowledge, a passion for conservation and a keen interest in wildlife filmmaking
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Intermediate video editing skills with Adobe premiere pro experience preferred (must have qualification in video editing)
- Proficient media encoding skills with knowledge of video codecs, formats and broadcast delivery specs
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Well Organised and Punctual
- Supportive Team Player

- Problem Solver - Creatively finds solutions to problems quickly
