Co-ordinator/trainers-intensive Economic

**Kheth’Impilo** is looking for IES Coordinator/Trainers to provide training on entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy, and sexual harassment in-group settings. The incumbent shall coordinate and oversee the implementation of Economic Strengthening activities in various sub-Districts and train mentors to provide individualized support to participants. This position will be based in Pinelands, Cape Town and may require the incumbent to travel to different sites as needed.

**Requirements**:
Qualification in Economics, Business Management, Development Studies, Business Education or related field.

Knowledge of youth development programmes

2 years’ experience in a related function

Ability to train, coach and mentor IES Youth Workers(Mentors)

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Live in the community where the DREAMS project will be implemented

Be able to communicate effectively in English and at least 1 other local language

Team-management and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and must have strong interpersonal skills

Flexible and willingness to undertake additional responsibilities

Must be in possession of a valid unendorsed South African driver's license

Own reliable vehicle is highly advantageous
