Using the HubSpot platform, we provide solutions to increase our customer's level of CRM sophistication as well as deliver strategic consultancy across marketing, sales, service, websites, and business operations - and we do it all whilst trying to strike a balance between professionalism and being human.

As a **M**ultimedia Content Producer **you will be responsible for translating our overall marketing strategy into compelling, brand-aligned visual content. This entails driving the *production process* of all of our visual marketing collateral, as well as conceptualizing and producing audio, video. Your role is important in helping us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online multimedia about our company and services.

You will be joining our Internal Marketing Team that works collaboratively in a fast paced environment, with members that pride themselves on working independently (under mínimal supervision). We’re looking for such a like-minded individual who embraces change and constantly seeks creative and innovative approaches to continuously improve how we do things.

**These will be your key performance areas**:
1) Design Collateral
- Provide design support for the marketing team to complete Huble owned marketing campaigns.
- Assist the Chief Product & Marketing Officer with sales slide decks and content used by our sales team to support the closure of new deals.
- Take Huble case studies and turn them into visual content for use across owned media channels.

2) Video Content
- Take full ownership of Huble video content, which we need to increase usage of across the company.
- Take existing video content owned by Huble from various events and speaking opportunities, and create short video snippets for use across our website and social media channels to build our brand and thought leaders.
- Work with our third party video agency to create campaign related videos where necessary, this will involve story boarding and video brief creation.

3) Audio Content
- Take full ownership of the Huble podcast series, holding complete responsibility for producing and running the podcasts from start to finish. This includes:

- Producing, editing and cutting audio files from raw podcast files, turning them into professional podcasts that we promote and push to our audience.
- Producing, editing and cutting podcast video files taken from podcast recordings for company promotion on social channels.

4) Employer Branding
- Identify and implement approaches on how we can transform written content into short multimedia format.
- Growing the Huble employer brand, ensuring our website and social media channels are properly promoting our company and services using multimedia content.
- Partner with the Talent team to create short and appealing video content on attracting applicants and promote Huble as an employer of choice.

**Requirements**:
**This role is best suited for someone who has the following**:

- Extensive experience in designing visual content for marketing campaigns and brand led collateral.
- Experience in editing audio files for podcast promotion.
- Experience in editing, cutting and publishing video across website and social media promotion.
- Worked in a design role within a Marketing Agency, Consultancy or similar space.
- Strategic thinking on conceptualizing briefs into multimedia formats.
- Technical skills to create and edit videos, podcasts, images and other digital media using the relevant software:

- Video editing coupled with the ability to brief and manage an external video resource freelancer or agency.
- Podcast production, or experience in briefing and managing an external podcast resource freelancer or agency.
- Proven work experience creating an array of multimedia content including audio, video and podcasts.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar.
- Editing and After Effects design skills would be preferable.
