Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Viticulture and Oenology;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant Winemaking/Cap Classique experience;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Wine MS);
- Thorough knowledge of relevant quality systems and accreditations;
- Valid driver’s license.
