**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Matric is essential for this role.
- BComm Finance or CIMA or related financial degree is essential for this role.
- The company is happy to train a finance graduate with no experience into a finance role within their company.
- Must be computer literate with MS Office experience.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and follow policies and procedures.
- Supporting and working closely with the finance team supporting both creditors and debtors supervisors within the company.
- Preparing reconciliations for payment for selected creditors for approval.
- Adjusting the creditors and or debtors reconciliations where required (e.g. for claims) on the system.
- Maintaining and ensuring that the GRV register is updated.
- Assisting with queries from customers as well as internal staff.
- Processing all suppliers and customer invoices and credit notes timeously.
- Completing creditors and or debtors reconciliations within set deadlines.
- Opening new accounts on the ERP System.
- Completing general ledger reconciliations.
- Matching goods received with the suppliers invoices.

**Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
