- Assist customers in selecting suitable products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide detailed product knowledge
- Handle transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and local regulations.
- Requirements:_
- Passion for herb culture and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of strains, products is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision.
